I wanted to take the time and share my thoughts on the current global situation with you and give you an update on what is going on here in Bali.

The sad reality of today is that most people living and working in Bali depend on tourism and with that falling away, they are suffering. So many businesses have closed their doors and their workers have been sent home.

At Tulle and Batiste we have advised our team to stay and work from home. This has been a difficult decision to make, but what we felt was the best option to navigate this extremely difficult time.

My team is my family.

Being born and raised in Indonesia, operating a company in Indonesia, where unemployment benefits are not accessible to most people, the people of Indonesia cannot rely on their government for support in times like these. Their livelihood depend on their employment.

This is why we continue to work to the best of our abilities. Our seamsters will continue to process your orders from home.
